All JuJu Hosting shared and WordPress hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Eligible for Refund

  • Shared Hosting plans (JuJu Starter, Elite, Turbo, Business) — within 30 days of initial purchase
  • WordPress Hosting plans — within 30 days of initial purchase
  • VPS Hosting plans — within 30 days of initial purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Domain name registrations (non-refundable once registered)
  • SSL certificate purchases
  • Add-on services (dedicated IP, premium backups, etc.)
  • Renewal payments (the 30-day guarantee applies to the initial term only)
  • Accounts terminated for terms of service violations

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@jujuhosting.com
  2. Include your account email and hosting plan details
  3. State your reason for requesting a refund
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time through the client area or by contacting support. If cancelled outside the 30-day window, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
